No minimum on MagCloud. And shipping with MagCloud is very reasonable and fast. For 1 copy of my book I paid $12 to get it to my house a week later (using standard shipping). I always order a proof of 1 copy before I order the “real order”.

When I layout my books (using Pages) I then printed to PDF and uploaded that PDF. MagCloud has templates to help with the formatting. That PDF is big, but MagCloud also includes a nice small PDF which is great as an ebook.
