Early mornings are magical in nature. So many animals are active as the sun breaks the nights dark grip on the sky.

If you live in one of New Mexico’s major cities chances are only you are an hour or two from a morning of tranquility. And with today’s creature comfort’s it is so easy to take advantage of.

If the sunrise is set for 5, wake up at 3, pack a breakfast and lunch, drive an hour or so out from town and park. Make a campfire, grab a chair, leave the phone in your car and let nature be your screen.
