That isn’t supported. I’ve asked for that feature myself. But Blurb and MagCloud do keep things separated for the most part. The PDF proof you get from BookWright will be unusable for MagCloud. If you want to use MagCloud for printing you will need to create the PDF in a different program. If you want to use BookWright you will have to print from Blurb.
